C.W. Urban Sells First Infill Townhome CommunityThis community in Salt Lake City is known as theRUBY. All twelve townhomes sell in one weekend and the thesis that the urban and infill projects are in high demand and under supplied is confirmed. C.W. Urban puts 15 plus land parcels under contract to deliver more "missing middle" housing.

Cole West Development launches...as developer and commercial general contractor for over 600 apartments in Southern Utah.Cole West Home is Southern Utah's largest homebuilder.C.W. Urban grows...with 11 new projects in process and breaks ground on over 200 units.C.W. Land Co. puts 1,100 lots under contract...with public and large private builders.

C.W. Urban enters the single-family market...in Davis County with their community, thePARKWAY. The project sells out at record paces and pricing for the area.All five business lines continue to exceed KPI goals and end the year with highest revenue in C.W. Group history.

C.W. Urban launched 8 new for-sale communities and 4 new for-lease communities in the northern Utah market and downtown Salt Lake City Core.Cole West Home starts 176 new homes and closed 173 homes before year end. Cole West Home is once again named Southern Utah’s largest builder.All 5 divisions of C.W. Group continue to thrive despite some of the toughest market conditions in recent history.
